CREATE YOUR OWN WALL: PADLET!

  I wasnā€™t active so much here because of my midterms but now Iā€™m freešŸ˜. I'm here with another great way that we can use not just in education but in lots of areas. Itā€™s Padlet. Letā€™s talk about it.
  Padlet is a wall which you can create and add something online. Students can create their own walls or they can work together collaboratively. They can add photos or videos on their walls.
  Actually, I had lots of papers on my wall in my room when I was studying for the university exam and they were really helpful. Think about how they can be helpful if they are more colorful and full with visuals? Since the new generation is doing everything with technology, we should prepare new technological ways to catch their attention and teach them language in an entertaining way.šŸ’«āœŽšŸ’„
  Itā€™s also beneficial in terms of developing their working skills in group works. Like we talked in the post Wiki (padlet is more limited in terms of accessing), itā€™s another tool that help them to work collaboratively.
  I created a wall with my two friends Elif and Berrak on Padlet. We chose ā€œtrafficā€ as a topic and we have three columns: What We Know, What We Want To Learn and What We Learned. I asked about the cities who deal with the traffic, improving transportation and the psychological side of it.

  Hello everyonešŸ™‹!   W eā€™re at the end of the term and Iā€™m here with my last post.šŸ˜­   When I heard about the course Educational Technologies at the beginning of the term, I thought that it would be so boring and challenging for me but I was wrong!    I was waiting for some classic topics about technology but Iā€™ve learned and Iā€™ve accomplished a lot of different and interesting things.   First of all, when our teacher said that we were going to create our own blog pages, I was worried.   I was afraid of technology. To be honest, Iā€™m not that close to it but I donā€™t have any fear anymore because Iā€™ve seen that I could do something   on this platform. Hello everyonešŸ™‹!    I hope youā€™re all good. Today,weā€™re going to talk about 21 st  century and learning.    As time goes on, everything changes in the world. We must be aware of the 21 st  century and itā€™s requirements in terms of education and technology.    We have four key words to help us:     To improve these skills and build up a new generation which is proper for this century ā€˜s requirements, our teaching strategies must be related to these skills.   In the 20 st  century, the methods were limited. The teachers were the centre of the class. So,the students werenā€™t active.
